主要功能和特點(diǎn)：
Main Structure Features:
鋼板焊接機(jī)身，組合式框架結(jié)構(gòu)；JB31-250A及以下噸位為整體結(jié)構(gòu)機(jī)身
Detachable steel welded frame with high rigidity except JB31-250A and JD31-160
滑塊超長(zhǎng)導(dǎo)軌導(dǎo)向，導(dǎo)向精度高；
The cam-block is guided in super long guide rail with high guiding precision
干式氣動(dòng)分體式離合器制動(dòng)器，結(jié)合、制動(dòng)力大，壽命長(zhǎng)、安全可靠、維修方便
Part revolusion pneumatic friction clutch and brake , with large braking torque, long service life, low noise and convenient for maintenance
液壓過(guò)載保護(hù)裝置，過(guò)載自動(dòng)緊急停車，保護(hù)壓力機(jī)及模具的安全
Hydraulic overload protection device and overload automatic emergency stop, protect press and mold safety
JD31-500及以下噸位壓力機(jī)為機(jī)動(dòng)濃油潤(rùn)滑，JD31-630B及以上噸位壓力機(jī)為全自動(dòng)集中稀油潤(rùn)滑；
JD31-500 and press of lower tonnage adopt mobile concentrated oil lubrication, while JD31-630B and press of above tonnage adopts all-automatic collective thin oil lubrication;
